My name is Andrew Ross, I have a deep passion for exercise and helping others.
Academically, I am pursuing a degree in Exercise Science with aspirations to go to Physical Therapy School as I continue to aid others in their fitness journeys.
I enjoy researching new information about lifting to better help my personal growth and others' growth as well. Muscle physiology has always been a specific passion and I plan on finding ways to study and use it in my future aspirations.
I'm looking forward to working with you and using the knowledge I've acquired in my three plus years of dedicated training, as well as the knowledge I will continue to accumulate, to aid you in your fitness journey!

Each plan includes two free major adjustments, ensuring that as your goals evolve or circumstances change, your plan can adapt accordingly.
